DESCRIPTION
The EarlySteps Intake Coordinator is the liaison for the family throughout the intake process, which includes eligibility determination and the development of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). The role is fast-paced and requires constant coordination of appointments with referral families, doctors, evaluators, referral sources, and providers. Our ideal candidate is well organized and comfortable engaging in written communication, calendar management, scheduling of appointments, virtual appointments, in-person appointments, and data entry with a heavy focus on accurate file management and timelines.
This position will carry an average of 40 – 45 cases per month, requires traveling throughout the region for in-person meetings, and perform all procedures per approved policies and the best professional practices.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Services, or a related field.
